Shipping & Delivery Policy

FCDC Motor shipping policy for single-unit, sample, bulk, international motorcycle, ATV, and electric vehicle orders, including freight methods, lead times, documents, and customs notes

Last updated

FCDC Motor ships motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, electric vehicles, spare parts, one-unit purchases, sample orders, small trial batches, and B2B procurement orders from China to international buyers. Shipping is quoted before payment because cost and delivery time depend on destination, quantity, packing, vehicle type, battery status, and agreed trade terms.

1. Order Processing

Standard in-stock single-unit or sample orders are normally prepared within 3-7 business days after confirmed payment. Bulk, OEM, ODM, custom-color, or mixed-container orders may require additional production time, which will be confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, online order, platform order, or contract.

2. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods depend on product type, quantity, destination, battery status, and local import rules.

  • Sea freight: Common for motorcycles, ATVs, tricycles, and container or palletized orders. Typical transit is 25-45 days after vessel departure.
  • Air freight: Faster option for urgent parts or selected samples where size and battery restrictions allow it. Typical transit is 7-15 days after dispatch.
  • Rail or land transport: Available for selected regions when the route and customs process are practical.
  • Express courier: Used mainly for documents, spare parts, small accessories, and eligible samples.
  • Eligible local or regional delivery: Available only when stock, destination, and logistics route are confirmed in writing.

3. Shipping Costs and Terms

Shipping is not automatically free. Costs depend on destination country, port or address, order volume, packing method, vehicle configuration, battery status, and shipping method. FCDC Motor can quote common terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP when available. Final shipping cost and responsibility are confirmed before payment.

4. Duties and Customs

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, registration, certification, and local compliance are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless a DDP or other written arrangement says otherwise. FCDC Motor usually provides export documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and certificate of origin when required.

5. Tracking and Delivery Evidence

Once shipped, we provide tracking information, bill of lading, airway bill, courier tracking, or logistics updates where available. For qualifying orders, pre-shipment photos, packing records, or walkaround media may be provided when the order stage allows it.

6. Packaging

Products are packed with export-grade materials such as cartons, iron frames, wooden crates, pallets, or container loading protection depending on product type and destination requirements.

7. Transport Damage on Arrival

If goods are damaged during transportation before delivery to the customer, contact FCDC Motor within 7 days of delivery with photos, videos, order details, and packaging evidence. After responsibility is confirmed, transport-damaged goods may be handled by return, exchange, replacement parts, repair guidance, partial refund, insurance claim support, or another agreed after-sales solution.

8. Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address, consignee details, phone number, tax ID where required, and delivery instructions are accurate. Additional costs from failed delivery due to incorrect information may be borne by the buyer.

Please also review our return and refund policy, customs and import responsibility guide, and payment policy before confirming an international order.
