1. Before You Order

Kids Moto and E-Moto products are technical items. We encourage you to confirm specifications (displacement, voltage, dimensions) before ordering to ensure the product meets your needs.

2. Return Window

Standard orders: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, unregistered, and in resalable condition. B2B/custom orders follow contract terms.

3. Eligible Conditions

  • Product is unused, with no wear, modification, or damage.
  • Original accessories, manuals, and packaging are intact.
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, modified, or damaged products.
  • Custom-order items (logos, colors, specifications).
  • Clearance or “as-is” items marked non-returnable.

5. Quality Issues / DOA

If you receive a defective product or one with transport damage, contact us within 7 days with photos and details. We’ll arrange spare parts, partial refund, or replacement as appropriate.

6. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order details.
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the product back securely.
  4. Refund or exchange processed after inspection.

7. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Can wholesale motorcycle orders be returned to FCDC Motor?

Standard in-stock orders may be reviewed within an approved return window when products remain unused, unmodified, and pre-authorized. Bulk, OEM, ODM, and shipped custom orders are usually handled case by case.

What should I do if goods arrive damaged or defective?

Report damage, missing parts, or defects within the stated claim window with photos, videos, order details, and packaging evidence so FCDC Motor can review repair, replacement, spare parts, or refund options.

Can I cancel a B2B order after payment?

Standard orders may be cancellable before production, packing, or dispatch, subject to costs already incurred. OEM, ODM, and special-material orders are often non-cancellable once production starts.
