Orders can be cancelled with full deposit refund if cancellation is requested before production begins.

  • Written cancellation request required
  • Full deposit refund within 7-14 business days
  • No cancellation fees apply
Within 3-5 days of deposit payment

Partial refund possible, depending on production stage and materials already committed.

  • Early stage (materials ordered): 70-80% deposit refund
  • Mid-production: 40-60% deposit refund
  • Late production: 0-30% deposit refund

Actual refund calculated based on incurred costs. Documentation provided upon request.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been shipped. Buyer is responsible for:

  • Full payment of remaining balance
  • Accepting delivery of goods
  • All shipping and handling costs

Refusal to accept delivery may result in storage fees and loss of deposit.

Order Modifications

Changes Before Production

We can accommodate most order changes if requested before production begins:

  • Quantity changes: Increase or decrease order size
  • Model changes: Switch to different models (price adjustment may apply)
  • Color/specification changes: Generally no additional cost
  • Shipping destination changes: Freight cost adjustment may apply

Changes During Production

Limited modifications possible, subject to production status:

  • Minor changes may be accommodated with additional lead time
  • Major changes (model, engine type) may incur additional costs
  • Changes affecting completed units not possible
  • Please contact your sales representative immediately

General Policy

Due to the nature of international vehicle trade, we generally do not accept returns of delivered products. All sales are considered final once goods arrive at the destination. However, we are committed to resolving quality issues fairly.

Quality Issues – What We Cover

  • Manufacturing defects not caused by shipping or handling
  • Missing components that should have been included
  • Products significantly different from confirmed specifications
  • DOA (Dead on Arrival) units with verified defects

Solution: Replacement parts, credit, or partial refund based on issue severity

What’s Not Covered

  • Change of mind or market conditions
  • Minor cosmetic variations within normal tolerance
  • Damage during shipping (covered by cargo insurance)
  • Issues arising from improper assembly or handling
  • Failure to clear customs or obtain import permits

Damaged Shipments

Inspect Upon Arrival

Carefully inspect all goods immediately upon arrival at the port or your facility. Document any visible damage to packaging before opening.

Document Damage

Take detailed photos and videos of any damage. Include images of the packaging, shipping labels, and the damaged products themselves.

Report Within 7 Days

Submit damage claims to our team within 7 days of delivery. Include all documentation, the bill of lading number, and your order number.

Insurance Claim Process

We will work with the shipping company and insurance provider to process your claim. CIF orders include cargo insurance that covers transit damage.

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. Bank wire transfers may take additional 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method when possible. For bank wire payments, refunds are sent to the originating bank account.

Bank Fees

International wire transfer fees for refunds are typically deducted from the refund amount. Trade Assurance refunds follow Alibaba’s standard process.

  • Custom/OEM Orders: Custom products have stricter cancellation policies as materials and tooling are order-specific
  • Seasonal Products: Orders for seasonal models may have limited modification windows
  • Bulk Orders: Large orders may be produced in phases with different cancellation terms for each phase
  • Trade Assurance: Orders placed through Alibaba Trade Assurance follow Alibaba’s dispute resolution process
