Last updated

At FCDC, we partner with trusted logistics providers to deliver your Kids Moto and E-Moto orders safely and efficiently worldwide.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. For large or customized orders, processing time may be extended — we’ll keep you informed of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options based on your needs:

  • Sea Freight: Most economical for bulk orders. Typical transit: 20-45 days.
  • Air Freight: Faster delivery for urgent orders. Typical transit: 7-14 days.
  • Express Courier: Door-to-door service for samples and small orders.

3. Shipping Costs & Terms

Costs depend on destination, weight/volume, and shipping method. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms — final costs are confirmed before payment.

4. Duties & Customs

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We provide all required export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.).

5. Tracking

Once shipped, we’ll provide tracking information (BL number, AWB, or courier tracking) so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Packaging

All products are packed with export-grade materials — cartons, iron frames, and/or pallets — to ensure safe arrival.

7. Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Additional costs from failed delivery due to incorrect addresses may be borne by the buyer.

Common questions

How does FCDC Motor ship wholesale motorcycle and ATV orders?

FCDC Motor coordinates sea freight, air freight, rail freight, or courier options depending on order volume, destination, urgency, and agreed Incoterms.

How long does international delivery usually take?

Transit time depends on freight method and destination. Many export orders fall within a broad 7 to 45 day window after dispatch, but buyers should confirm the route in their quotation.

Who handles customs clearance and import duties?

Unless DDP or another written agreement applies, the buyer normally handles import clearance, duties, taxes, and local registration in the destination country.
