FCDC Motor sells technical vehicles for individual buyers, sample orders, small trial batches, and B2B export orders. This policy explains when a standard order may be returned, when custom or shipped freight orders are restricted, and how quality claims are handled.
1. Before You Order
Motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, electric vehicles, spare parts, and OEM products are technical items. Please confirm model, specification, voltage, displacement, certification needs, packing, destination, intended use, rider fit, and local legal requirements before payment.
2. Return Window
Standard in-stock single-unit or sample orders may be returned within 30 days after delivery if the product is unused, unregistered, unmodified, undamaged, complete with original accessories and packaging, and approved by our support team before return shipment. Bulk, B2B, OEM, ODM, custom-color, specially sourced, assembled, registered, used, or already shipped international freight orders may be restricted or non-returnable except for confirmed major quality issues.
3. Eligible Conditions
- Product is unused, with no wear, registration, modification, installation damage, crash damage, or customer-caused issue.
- Original accessories, manuals, keys, chargers, parts, labels, crates, cartons, and packaging are intact where applicable.
- Valid proof of purchase, order number, payment proof, and delivery evidence are provided.
- Return authorization is issued by FCDC Motor before the item is shipped back.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, modified, assembled, registered, ridden, crashed, or damaged products.
- Custom-order items such as logos, colors, packaging, destination-specific configuration, or OEM/ODM specifications.
- Clearance, special-price, or “as-is” items marked non-returnable.
- Orders where production has started, special materials have been prepared, or international freight has already been booked unless the contract states otherwise.
5. Quality Issues, Transport Damage and Repair Scope
If you receive a defective product, missing major component, or item damaged during transportation before delivery to the customer, contact us within 7 days with photos, videos, order details, serial or model information, and packing evidence. After responsibility is confirmed, FCDC Motor may provide return, exchange, replacement parts, repair guidance, partial refund, insurance claim support, or another agreed after-sales solution.
Damage caused by the buyer or customer after delivery, including misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, abnormal operation, lack of maintenance, crash, impact, water damage, overload, illegal use, or accidental damage, is not covered by free repair, return, or exchange.
6. Return Process
- Contact our support team with order details, product photos, videos, and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything back.
- Ship the product back securely using the agreed method. Unless otherwise agreed, return freight, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, and related handling costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Refund, replacement, or exchange is processed after inspection confirms eligibility.
7. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection and internal approval. Bank, card, platform, and intermediary processing times may vary by region.
8. Order Cancellation
Standard orders may be canceled before production, packing, or shipment starts, subject to costs already incurred. Custom, OEM, ODM, specially sourced, or bulk orders cannot normally be canceled once production has started, materials have been prepared, or export freight has been arranged.
